Made in Usa to last forever. Well packaged for shipping.
The odd part about this tool, is the fact that there is a built in light for night time jobs I guess. This Williams Usa spring bar type 3/8 drive torque wrench with an adjustable dial indicator that reads in both foot pounds kilograms. I tried to put a AA battery in it to see if it worked and it did not. It appears to have readings from to 50, so i'm guessing with a serial number of btd 3 50 f that maybe it reads from 3 to 50 ft lbs no owners manual or case, just what you see in the pictures I have taken.
