Very nice vintage Snap-On tools ferret F-70N 3/8 ratchet wrench older dating to the period between 1937 and wwii industrial finish with underlined logo made in usa pat. Very good used condition - mechanically intact and 100 functional with no problems noted in operation inscribed On ratchet handle.

Variety of cosmetic wear, dings and scratches, no owner marks any type. Ratchet appears to be all original but Hans't been taken apart since I acquired it a few years ago.
