The detente ball On the drive is still holds Onto sockets very well. The ratchet head does have some initials engraved On it, see the pictures. The teeth On the gear look like they're in good shape and maybe ratchet had been rebuilt with new parts at some point. The bar is in decent shape and has no initials On it as far I can tell.
