Details:
This is a heavy duty tool, 34 long, weighs close to 20 lbs. The wrench is used, but excellent condition. Doesn't look like anyone struggled with it or got mad at it.
It is most efficient for me if you pay the total. But a quick brushing and a wipe down with penetrate made it fairly photogenic.
There were a few splotches of surface rust from sitting around. It came from municipal surplus, so it was probably used for new assemblies, like light poles. Local delivery possible.
